Allure HR Solutions is located in the industrial zone called 'Oudeland' in Lansingerland (Lansingerland is the collective name for Bergschenhoek, Berkel en Rodenrijs and Bleiswijk). Car navigation systems sometimes cannot find the Morsestraat, seeing that it lies in a relatively new development area. The best thing to do in that case is to navigate to Celsiusstraat 20 in Berkel en Rodenrijs. From there you cross over to the ‘Oudeland’ industrial zone. Seeing that we are an international organisation, our staff members speak various languages. You can communicate with us in Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Polish. We can arrange for an interpreter if you want to communicate with us in a different language.

No, we do not. We have one main office in Berkel en Rodenrijs, from where all of our labels operate. Apart from being very practical, the advantage of this is that our lines of communication are very short, enabling us to help our flex force, clients and business relations quickly and adequately. Our organisation is very mobile, and we visit our employees and business relations every week at work.

Our office has no doorsteps and a practical safe lift to all floors. There is also a disabled toilet.

For us personal attention and taking time to interview are important means to get to know our employees and employers well. Not only for a 100% perfect match, but also to look ahead together. Your future goals are determined by the steps we take now.

We always say that you should take along what you consider to be important and what is required by law. This means a valid identification document, a driver’s license, and for foreigners also a letter issued by the relevant tax authorities stating their tax and social insurance number. A bank card and health insurance card are required in view of security and entering the correct details into our database. And last but not least, we need an updated version of your CV, copies of certificates and/or company cards.
